Visa, Incorporated, contacted us to design a memorable Holiday Party for over 600 employees at their largest East Coast office. After years of hosting a conventional holiday party, employee attendance had decreased. The client’s goal was to generate excitement about the event, increase attendance, and deliver an unforgettable evening.
The EnVISION Solution
With less than 60 days to provide full-service event management and design, we met with the Visa, Inc. team to discuss their goals and provide expert consultation to establish an event budget that would create an exceptional experience for their employees. We then negotiated all vendor contracts and coordinated with each subcontractor to ensure that every element of the event design was cohesive and exceeded the client’s expectations.
We created a spectacular “Winter Wonderland”-themed extravaganza” that completely transformed Visa’s onsite cafeteria, including floor-to-ceiling white sheer linen and uplighting to create ambiance, crystals hanging from the ceiling, and a custom-installed crystal arch. Guests dined on a selection of passed canapes, lobster mac and cheese, pork loin, New York strip steak skewers, and other food and drink stations. A DJ and live band provided music for the guests to dance the night away, and the most fearless guests tackled the casino tables to try their luck on fun prizes. We ended the night with raffle prizes that thrilled Visa’s employees.
