Why did you decide to start the EnVISION Firm?
During the course of my 15 year career as a certified Project Manager I was the go-to person for organizing unique birthday celebrations, weddings, vacations, and everyday activities for friends and family in the Washington, DC area. From those experiences my passion for planning and coordinating social and high end corporate events was born. However, it was when I planned my own wedding that I fell in love with creating the unique experience of crafting an exclusive event. I enjoyed putting together every detail such as unique décor designs, delicious menus, creative invitations, and making each guest feel like they were a part of our special day. Having been a bride, I understand the wedding planning process from a bride’s perspective. Often times, it can become overwhelming selecting the perfect vendor and coordinating each detail. It's so much better to rely on someone like myself, a Certified wedding specialist, to make the process not just easy, but unforgettable! It’s such a joy to be able to offer sound advice and take the stress away from clients so they can focus their careers and life as well as execute their “magical dream day”.
Because I spent a number of years in corporate America, I knew I wanted to lend support to professional colleagues and help them minimize the stress and challenges of planning a weekend getaway, conduct personal research, or completing their “to-do” lists. The corporate side of me understands how many personal tasks busy professionals have on a day to day basis. I loved to experience everything from the newest restaurants and attending concerts to cheering on our local professional sports teams and visiting some of the local attractions this area has to offer. Sometimes, we wish we had a personal assistant to recommend things and make getting through life easier. I enjoy both the lifestyle management and concierges services because it benefits people who want valuable and reliable assistance with helping their life and business run smoothly, be more efficient and more productive.
It's not just a business for me, it really is a calling!
Tell us more about your background?
As far as formal education goes, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Howard University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland. I was bitten by the travel bug early and I've traveled for leisure and managed projects extensively throughout the U.S. I recognize the value of giving back to the community and serve as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and I've previously served as a Trustee Board member at St. Paul’s School for Girls in Brooklandville, Maryland.

They provide an exclusive experience for every guest. Because we limit the number of events we coordinate each month we're able to keep our promise that each client has our undivided attention and swift response from start to finish!
Your Lifestyle Management services seem geared towards corporate clients. Can we use you on a case-by case or hourly basis?
Absolutely, we encourage customers to call us for any of their needs no matter how small or large. However, we do have a 2-hour minimum on requests.

- • Initial consultation (4) weeks prior to the wedding day
- • Up to (3) face to face consultation within 4 weeks of wedding day
- • Unlimited email access to wedding consultant
- • Review of vendor information, contract, and details
- • Coordinate with all vendors to confirm details
- • Prepare a detailed timeline for all vendors and bridal party members for the wedding day
- • Review checklist with client to ensure all equipment, material, and necessary items are complete for event
- • Supervise (1) hour wedding rehearsal to ensure the day runs smoothly
- • Provide wedding day supervision and direction
- • Provide up to 9 hours of coverage on wedding day
- • Coordinate wedding party lineup at the ceremony and reception site for introductions
- • A minimum of 3 event managers, on-site, the day of wedding

- • Develop theme and create vision board
- • Identify and visit ceremony and reception site
